This store wasn't lively as compared to other branches. No ice cream for Halo-Halo, No milk tea, No steamed Siomai and No siopao available on the time that we (my son) dined in.
But there's one good thing that happened here, my son and I, are in a hurry to catch his ride going back to mati. Actually it is only my 13 year old son who will go back to his lola's house and I need to return to the airport because I have my 4PM flight to manila. He has no sim card, so I bought a sim for him but unfortunately the seller doesn't have a sim card ejector pin. So I asked the roving guards mall if one of them has, and both of them answered me, none. I am hopeless at that time because I need to monitor my child's whereabouts during his trip. and as I am rushing back to chowking (where I left my son eating his meal) I asked the lady guard on the entrance if she has a sim card ejector pin. and luckily she has! and she allowed me to borrow it!
Forget the frustrations on our orders. The help of the lady guard will forever remain in my heart, and this will keep me patronizing chowking!
5⭐ - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Read moreThe staff: I eat here almost twice a week every time I do grocerries. I came here as early as 9 am the time where they also opened the store. I had an experience where the staff ignores me even though I was the first person to order or they seemed not minding me at all. When a student from Ateneo came in, their aura change suddenly as if they were looking at a thousand peso bill and I was the five peso worth guy.
The Place: Their C.R. has a poignant smell in other words mabaho at dugyot masiyado.
Their performance: It took them so much time to prepare a food sometimes their promise wait time wasn't real it surely exceed more than what was promised.
The food: The food was just ok. SometimesI experienced they serve me a rubbery / chewy chicharon that comes with every meal.
Over all: 1 / 10 = I don't recommend...
Read moreBy far the worst Chow King I have ever been to. First of all, the cashiers are poorly trained. They’re very inefficient at taking customers orders causing a huge queue at the front. Second, the orders come out missing items so everybody has to come up to the counter a second time to ask for missing items, while the cashiers get pissed because they’re bothered for mistakes they caused in the first place. Third, poorly managed and every single worker has an attitude. I don’t know who would want to go to an establishment like this but I surely will never step foot in this place. Chow king used to be good l, but now they’re just another fast food place selling overpriced microwaved food at an absurd...
