Mang Inasal - Gaisano Mall Bajada — Restaurant in Davao City

I was done eating with my ordered food leaving with the part of Paa leftover. I left my table that has a LEFTOVER in it to go to the counter so I can get a paper bag to wrap my leftover. But when I came back, my leftover was already gone and the table was all cleaned up. What kind of service is this?, it looks like they were not trained well. You shouldn't clean the table without asking permission from the customer WHO DID NOT LEAVE YET. All I had left from this restaurant was nothing but an empty paper bag, this is preposterous... I am never going to eat at this place again, fix your service, get trained...

Kumain kami magpamilya kagabi but i didnt expect na iba yung trato nila. I ask for chicken oil pero the way sila or siya (yung crew na boycut ang buhok) pinabastos magbigay kaya ang chicken oil "nausik". My dad and my brother ask for water parang hindi nila narinig tapos nag ask ulit sila(dad and brother) for how many times walang mudo cla mag entertain, yung boses nila para sila pa yung galit. Nag ask lang naman sila ng water for my daughter pero pinahintay nila ng matagal. Tapos may isa pang babae na bastos din sumagot , nag ask ang papa ko kung malinis ba yung tubig kung pwede ba yung kunin, ang sagot ng babae (sainyo yan sir kulang lang ng tatlo!!!! ) kung samin pala yun dpat sinabi na nia kasi may bata pa naghihintay ng tubig. Bakit wala naman sinabi kahit ano pinahintay pa kami ng matagal para lang sa tubig. We and i can understand how busy the store pwede naman nila sabihin (maam and sir saglit lang po ah sobrang busy lang) hindi yung sumagot sila at sila pa yung galit samin o sa customer.

Sana po may tubig sa labas sa counter na anytime pwede kumuha ang mga customer. Hindi yung maghihintay pa ang lahat ng customer para lang sa tubig.

Naencounter namin ang daming naghihintay ng tubig kagabi tapos deadma lang yung mga crew at pinapahintay pa nila ng matagal. Wag niyo hintayin may mabulunan pa dahil sa tagal ng pagserve ng tubig.

Hindi tanga ang mga customer the way niyo mag entertain , wag niyo hintayin may magcomplain sa harap at sa madaming tao. Pwede kayo magsabi ng maayos kung busy kau, hindi yung bastos na gne kau sumagot at boses niyo pa galit.

Mabuti nalang may isang crew , hindi namin alam kung manager ba yun o something. Matangkad na lalaki, super nice nia . Nagtatanong sia ng maayos at kalma lang. Nakikita namin busy siya so we can...

One word: sad. The place was so good before. And the food? Exceptional. That was before. NOW after pandemic: The place is dirty. Less to no ventilation. The inasal chicken is not like before. It wasn't like the right taste with the right marinade. The service is awful. It's like the staff has no ears. The rice is wet. No unli chicken oil. The soy sauce is just too much salt plus black water. No glass of water. The only good thing left is the taste of palabok. It is...
