I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your branches. I visited the branch at around 5 pm today and fell in line as I was guided by the staff who took my order. However, when I was almost at the cashier, the manager informed me that I was on the wrong line. This was frustrating as it was the staff who guided me to the wrong line in the first place.
I understand that it was a busy time and lines were long, but I believe that the situation could have been handled better. Perhaps the cashier could have taken two lines until the wrong line was cleared. I hope that you can take this feedback into consideration and improve your customer service in the future.
Furthermore, I would like to suggest that the branch be updated as it looks old and outdated. This would greatly enhance the overall dining experience for your customers. I do hope staff will also have a refresher on how to provide a good customer service and to provide a good resolution in each situation.
I believe that Jollibee is a great establishment and I have always enjoyed the food and the service at other branches. I hope that you can take the necessary steps to address the issues I have raised and ensure that all your customers receive the quality service they deserve.

Read moreFood is just as good as a normal Jollibee. My partner and I had a quick snack and we had no issues whatsoever, the food came hot and fresh as well. What made me give a 5 star was the outstanding service! We came around 4-5 in the afternoon and these two boys were accommodating everyone above and beyond! It's a shame we didn't get their names but they were very welcoming and they made sure we got what we needed. First they greeted our arrival with exaggeration, just in a sweet and welcoming tone and then as soon as the beeper started alarming, this one boy brought our order upstairs just as I was coming down. He was so gentle and although he was wearing a mask, I can tell by his eyes that he was smiling. 15-20 minutes of me and my partner eating and chatting, the other boy went on our table to quickly ask us if we needed water. Where did this branch get these boys by the way?? Pretty sure they aren't paid enough to be this accommodating yet you can tell they love their job. I can also tell that they're probably newbies and maybe part-time workers as they sounded youthful. I cannot expect the same service for every other staff on every other branch but a soft and welcoming voice goes a long way. Hope your cashiers apply them.
