Food is good but the customer service is bad. We were only allowed to order 2 dishes per person for our 1st batch. When we were already grilling all the meats, we ordered our 2nd batch but it took them 20 mins to bring the food to our table. The 3rd batch took even longer than that. It’s understandable for other type of restaurants but this is a samgyup resto where customers cook their own food, bringing raw meats to the customers’ table should not take that long. When asking for other things like extra tongs, utensils, sauces/condiments, drinks, etc., it would take them almost 15 minutes and you have to keep on asking the staff several times before they bring you what...
