McDonald's — Restaurant in Davao City

They keep delivering mistakes since last year. Drinks would spill, the package would be torn due to the spill, missing orders, not following instructions. Honestly, they need to have a quality check. My last order wasn't even taken care of until I reached out to customer support, which made me wait for an hour total for the order. We're nearby so the order would just arrive in 5 minutes. The problem is they take their sweet time to prepare the order for 30 minutes or more at a time when there are barely any people. If they keep slacking off like this, then I may rate them lower in the future. They should be glad that Jollibee decided to close their online orders at night, otherwise, I would've ordered from them.

Update: I ordered from the website. Was waiting for the order then they cancelled it! Not even a call! They didn't even issue a refund! I had to contact both my payment processor and their support page to help with the refund. Never ordering from this branch again.

Update 2: Already beyond 7 days since they said to honor the refund so when I contacted again, apparently, they haven't even given the refund yet. Very good! And not only that, they won't compensate you for all the...

This branch is located in a nice safe part of Davao City, but what can you say about Mcdonald's ? Their outlets are more or less the same throughout the world with little adaptation to local tastes { Unlike Jollibee } a foreigner will recognise the menu instantly when they visit any branch the Philippines. Good wholesome fast food though.

This is newer branch so it is in pristine condition but in any case the standards of customer service, decor and hygiene are are strictly enforced in any branch anywhere, and this is no bad thing.

There is adequate parking at the front and a drive through.

their system is down, yet the manager did nothing to improve the production flow. he instead just watch his employees. we could understand sana but the manager already knew their system is down and anytime mgbabagsakan ang mga diners kasi payday and dinner time. dun na sya na pressure nung full packed na ang orders and dami na nag complain for almost an hour delays, some are kulang, even my partner nearly finished his meals and i still didn't recieved mine. instead of apologizing, he just ask ano pa kulang with attitude. no one of them apologized. even mga newcomers na diners galit na dahil pina stop ang ordering ... the managers name is JADE. 👎 bagsak...
