Rokaru Express — Restaurant in Davao City

First attempt = frustrating. Eleven in the morning and no one in sight. Called out a couple of times (more like shout) for live beings to come out of the doors. Clanking of plates and utensils obviously staff eating at the back. One guy just passed by me until I asked for the menu. After browsing, no one came to take orders. So, I LEFT disappointed. Someone on Messenger replied to me that they open at TEN. That was really upsetting very early. Second time around was at 1 p.m. A bit better but new staff who took orders wasn’t familiar with the menu and modes of payment. Tastewise food didn’t pass my standard even for Japanese food. Their version of the sushi was tiny and inferior. Now, with the low rates, serving size, and others mentioned above—— my experience could have been better.
