Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Davao City

Service is pretty fast despite having a number of customers to attend on a regular weekday. Manager is responsive and in fact, was the first one to attend to us when all the waitstaff are busy. Staff are attentive, knowledgable and customer oriented. Pizza served to us was what we wanted and had crunchy thin crust as expected. Good quality and tasteful. The only thing I noticed is that the place seems so cramped and tight that it's only about 3 inches that separates one table from the other so less privacy for the customers. Maybe they can re-lay out? Or re-arrange the tables and chairs? Or is their space really small? Worth visiting if you're craving for real good thin crust pizza. Shakey's SM Ecoland has the worst service ever. This is not the first time I have trouble with their services. The staff got our orders wrong (we even double checked), so we asked to change the product. We understand that the staff could have made mistake. however, the manager's attitude sucks. we have talked to the manager, from his face he was not nice, then when he went to the counter he just threw papers and showed that he was unhappy. Poor delivery service. You have to order one to two hours early for your food to arrive. My place is only 5 minutes walk to their store and they're ALWAYS late with the deliveries for some unknown reason. If they truly follow the "Pizza is Free if We're Late" rule, I'd have accumulated over 30 free pizzas by now.
