Jollibee Dumaguete — Restaurant in Dumaguete

Their employees are rude and incompetent, I waited 30 minutes to get a seat, no help at all my feet was tired and as soon as I was done they kicked me out because there was no more seats, there were many other people done eating but they singled me out not even giving me 10 minutes to rest they have double standards helping those who seemed more profitable but ignoring those who are alone, I have never been more insulted, I had been a regular to this Jollibee branch for the last 8 years I should have gone to any other Jollibee in dumaguete. The only other time I had a bad experience with this same Jollibee was when we ordered Ice cream and told to wait we waited an hour before an employee asked if we were waiting for something and we found our order was never made we never got our ice cream and never got a refund...

The food is great. I mean Jollibee is Jollibee. The only time it would taste different is if someone really messed up. 5/5

My friend and I went at about 10 pm and we were amazed that it was still open downtown. They were cleaning the floor but they partioned it from the cashier area so at least I know their floors are clean. Its nice when there aren't a million people lining up. 5/5

Went here for breakfast. Was excited to order beef tapa and it wasn't available. I ordered hot chocolate, not available as well. After I got all my orders, I noticed that it comes with plain rice instead of their garlic rice. So I asked, and their answer was, not available. It was only 9:36 am and you guys ran out of some of the significant breakfast items. No price adjustments either of getting plain rice instead of garlic rice.
