My first time trying out Panda Ice cream house. Not really great for my first impression. Food was okay at average. However, I was specific with my order, the lady did recap my order as well clarifying which I ordered, after serving there was a plain sandwich with fillings and cucumber slices and etc. along that was included thinking it was part of my order which I already paid for upfront "my fault for not asking" Well, to the thought that it was really my first time so I didn't bother asking. I was already half done with my meal and one of the service crew approached asking me to pay for the extra meal that was added which I was not aware of in the first place. To my thought not wanting to argue further I did pay for it immediately. I don't mind the amount on how much I paid for but the customer shouldn't ammend for the staff's mistake. I hope this serves as a lesson as well for future service handling. I hope that you consider practicing on how to properly approach and apologize to the customer, cause not all customers are easy to talk to especially if they're treated inappropriately. Hoping best for the business. Please take this in consideration next time. No hard feelings but just being frank and straight...
Read morePanda Ice Cream Haus is a beloved, classic establishment in Dumaguete, renowned for its fried ice cream and budget-friendly food and dessert options. The prices are incredibly affordable, offering great value for money. While some reviewers seem to expect gourmet or Michelin-level quality, the true charm of this place lies in its local, no-frills appeal, its consistency over the years, and its nostalgic atmosphere.

The mocha soya milk, on the other hand, was fantastic—flavorful, perfectly balanced, and very reasonably priced.
Panda Ice Cream Haus may not offer the most sophisticated flavors, but it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a classic, affordable, and authentically local experience in Dumaguete. Highly recommended for those on a budget or seeking a taste of...

I've tried 3 different flavors and all were mediocre. One of them was supposedly Avocado flavor which didn't even resemble Avocado. Perhaps this is the local standard and people here like it but for people cooking from outside PH don't...
