Food is really great 😋😋😋

I absolutely love their garlic chicken, pancit canton and kinilaw (albeit it's now a very small serving 😅 haha) Also, compared to the chicken slices served before, the slices served now are considerably smaller (hmm...must be because of inflation?!). Anyway, I still think that this place serves the best garlic chicken in town. A must-go-to-try place whenever you're in General Santos City.

Staff is not that friendly/accommodating/attentive. You really have to try very hard to catch their attention even if you're already in front of them at the counter 😅😅😅

The place is clean and spacious. There are a lot of electric fans to counter the heat.

Prices are also a little bit expensive (considering the small servings of food).

Location is very accessible.

Restrooms are also okay.

PS: No need for QR codes or vaxx card/cert. Just wear face masks...

This establishment stands for a lot of things besides history. It's one marker of Gensan's economic progress, not necessarily a milestone, but a reminder.

I've eaten here since I was a kid, and even until now we visit this place often. And that is where we enter the problem. Yes the food is nice and all, the quality is as average as expected, however I guess the restaurant has to do better rather than just be a place where you can pick up red boxes filled with the best garlic chicken you'll ever place your hands on in the heart of General Santos City.

It's gonna need more than just a simple renovation of glass walls, it's gonna need big change if it wants to be more than it is now.

For the best garlic chicken in town, this is the place! A fave among locals, an order of their famous garlic chicken will yield you three slices plus rice which is not bad since you can order more rice. Their garlic chicken tastes so yummy, the garlicky buttery sauce is the perfect foil for a cup full of steaming rice. Best eaten when dipped in soy sauce and vinegar or soy sauce and hot chili sauce. Now their plated budget meals include more varieties like kinilaw, pork and chicken barbecue, fried chicken, etc. For big groups, you may use their function room at the second floor. My only complaint is their lack of airconditioning since it could be very stuffy during lunch. #CheapEats #GarlicChicken...
