Kaizu — Restaurant in General Santos

The food wasn't bad, the service was... Food was tasty and well priced. Rather, it's on the cheap side. Serving size is decent too. But service... I stood in line and when it was my turn to be served, server walked away, no greeting or anything like, "I'll be back." Just simply walked away. Granted, she did something with order sheets or something. She came back and I thought she was gonna finally greet me, but no. It was like she forgot to do something then left again. Finally when she took my order, her words were, "Order nyo po?" Translation - "What's your order?" No greeting, no, "Sorry for the wait." THEN, when our food was served at our table, the waitress (another person) put all our food at the end of the adjoining table rather than placing the food directly in front of us. She could have stood next to us and put our food down on our table, but instead served it away from us. I had to literally lean to reach our drinks. Was awkward. First time I ate at a waited restaurant where food is served AWAY from you. It was just weird. So yeah,...

My baby and I was having fun while waiting for the orders. It's great because of the views , you can see the waterfall in front. You can stay inside or relaxed outside while using their WiFi connection. The food are cheap and very delicious specially the Japanese Ramen. I like their juices in different flavors. It was a very clean place and has a cold aircon. Good ambience perfect for couples. Very accommodating and has a very friendly staff. They smile and same time they greet politely to the customers. We can stay thier as long as we want. They My accessible for payments because they accept debit and credit cards if your run out of cash. Very secure and delicious food In Kaizu restaurant. We went to dine here during my bday.. Affordable dishes and good taste except for the seafood teppanyaki.. It's really bad taste, idk maybe it's not new and it's overcooked. Ramen were fine. Chicken teriyaki is really good. And also I was disappointed, I asked for additional pitcher of iced tea then when I checked the bill, it's only 1 glass of iced tea so I told the cashier, I wanna add 1 pitcher not 1 glass and told me just order another pitcher since she's finished already putting on the receipt as 1 glass and not allowed to repeat it.. Like really?? That's unacceptable, idk if their manager knew that. 1 glass is like 39 I think and 1 pitcher is 89 as I remember.....
