Army Navy Burger + Burrito — Restaurant in General Santos

I thought this was going to be close to American food....not even close. The burger was processed meat. I'm not sure what it was but I couldn't finish it. Was horrible. The nachos were ok but not what I expected. It also had an unidentified meat on it. If you're expecting a American burger experience it's better and cheaper to goto McDonalds. I seen all the reviews and I'm certainly not seeing or should I say tasting what you other people are. Wont return! Oh wait. The steak quesadilla was not bad. Still...

Their branch in Veranza Gensan is the worst in service. They have like dozen staff inside but it takes ages for your order to come. And there is no other new customers around.The owner of this place should look into this. No wonder even though the burger is good, it's always empty. Staff are playing around, shouting so loudly during working time. Even if you tell them they are loud, they just ignore it. No proper training, probably the owner is the same, no training at all in the food...

I was so excited when i found this place that look like an american style burger joint. I ordered the starving sailor which is basically is steak and cheese sub sandwich and was excited because they said they can make it the way I wanted it. first bite was so good, however the steak turned out to be almost unedible, so chewy, and i think i was only able to consume about 1/4 of what was given to me. I want to try the burger but i'm not sure that i'm going to give them...
