Johnny Moon Café — Restaurant in Ilocos Norte

Okay.... one of the best Ilocano Franchise there is.. the coffee concoctions are amazing!!! The ambience is awesome perfect for pipol who wants to chat or hav meetings....the service crew is okay.... the pastas are okay... the Empanadas are so good!!!!!! It reminds me of when Empanadas bought from the streets of Laoag were still so tasty and genuine..... the paridusdos is a must... just try evrything in the menu... they are all good.... except for the bento... the bento's veggies are out of place.. oh and the cocktail drinks and fruity concoctions and teas are really...

It's my second time coming here but for some reason I can't remember how their food was the first time.

But coming here again, the first thing I noticed was the smell of the place. It smells old...for those who are from Laoag and are my age, it smells like the old Odeon Cinema. However, the visual aesthetics does, somewhat, make up for the gustatory nuisance and you eventually get used to the smell anyways.

I like the ambience. This is probably its strongest point. As for the food, it's fairly good--nothing too special but...
