Bottle Ground — Restaurant in Iloilo City

Arrived probably too early as they weren't set up yet, but customer service was dreadful. Set up before you open the doors guys, basic management.

I'm a solo traveller, but not a single smile. Bar maid was miserable as sin....as was one of the other two staff there. Only one was professional, the chap who invited me to sit and who got the door for me when I left.

I visited purely due to the reviews. In fact, the business hours on Google says they open at 5pm, but they weren't. I actually went back 30 minutes later, I was so keen to visit this bar.

Massive disappointment, miserable customer service, made me feel like an outcast. I had two beers, would have had 22 if you made an effort. Its the hospitality industry, guys, least you can do is smile and welcome the people paying your...

A bit disappointing. Too small. Food not very good. Marginal service NO CR OMG!! Expensive. On the positive side, the music they choose to play is very smart.... 80s videos and music. A welcome relief from the same club music...
