Entered here with high hopes due to the reviews but with higher expectations comes greater disappointment.
Customer Service 1/10 I do not speak tagalog and tried to converse in English but waitress do not understand. When I ordered an item the waitress come back and say sorry sir no more and flick the head walk away. I think it's more polite to just add a sentence of "would you like to change to something else?"
Environment 2/10 It's hot enough and yet it's called summer house. The air-conditioning wasn't on at all and sweating while eating our food.
Food Quality Yang Chow Fried Rice - Too bland Hot and Sour Soup - The meat ruined the taste and they added too much soy sauce into the soup Mixed Vegetables - The sauce is overwhelming more like a soup gravy mixed vegetables. Steam Fish - The soy sauce has no sweetness in it, the oil should have been poured over when boiling hot. Sweet and Sour Pork - No pineapples, pork is not washed clean or marinated properly and have a strong smell of pork and used oil Drunken Chicken - Taste more like sweet and Sour chicken. Drunken chicken is marinated in Chinese cooking wine and served mostly as a cold dish. The waiter explained they marinate in Gin. Yea my ancestors is crying. Salt and Pepper Tofu - they use dry hard tofu and deep fry. It should be silken tofu coated with and deep fry for the crisp outside and soft texture on the inside.
Overall a 2/10. Never coming back. Not authentic Chinese food. Never going to recommend to fellow friends, especially Chinese friends, please don't come. It's not worth the money.

Read moreSo disappointed with the food and service. It was our first time eating here but will not try again. They were obviously understaff and unhappy because the service was poor. Had to wait about 10 minutes before we were attended and the table was not that clean since there were still ants forming around the table, eating what’s left of the sauce. Shrimp balls were NOT good, full of flour and definitely NOT worth it for its price. Ordered the softdrink in a can, and its waaaaay too overpriced. Pepsi regular in can 330ML costs about Php 90 here, but when sold on markets costs only about Php 40. We asked if they accept credit cards as payment but later on we were told that their machine was “not working”. This was just our experience. Perhaps it was just a bad night. Will never try...
Read moreThe service was nice, but most of the food we ordered just didn’t taste good. We ordered one of the set courses, and we weren’t impressed at all for the price we paid. The egg drop soup tasted off, and the fish was so bland. The pancit was greasy and tasteless. The only things I enjoyed were the fried chicken and the fried rice. I was hungry before I went there, and honestly the food was so sub-optimal that I lost my appetite and went to another shop to order food after.
Definitely will not be returning here, as I’ve had much better Chinese food for a fraction of the price...
