On our way back to Manila from Iloilo, we dropped by Broth N Bowls in Emperador Bldg located at the Festive Walk area of Megaworld. Emperador is one of the premium brands of Andrew Tan's conglomerate which includes Megaworld. If you're my age, you would know that Fundador, a Spanish brandy was a favorite drink of Filipinos before. Now, through Emperador, Andrew Tan has acquired ownership of Fundador. A Filipino company planting its flag on the land of our former colonizers. The Sorianos of San Miguel have done this way ahead with their San Miguel beer which is well known in Spain and other parts of Europe. Broth N Bowls is owned by the Gelitos of Aklan. They are into the hotel business. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Jane, our gracious hostess. With the usual Ilonggo friendly and mild demeanor she introduced us to their offerings. We knew from then that this was going to be a good dinner. Food - 5*, we asked for their bestsellers and were told to try their Batchoy Ramen (₱199, small and ₱339, big enough to share) and Beef Pho (₱379) paired with Shrimp Skewers (₱119) and Lobster Ball Skewers (₱99). We have sampled a number of Batchoys in our visit. If I'm not going to be a purist and just base my judgment on taste experience, cleanliness, mouthfeel and overall delight, I would say I enjoyed their reimagined Batchoy Ramen more than the original. They used Chashu pork in lieu of pork, chicken or beef. They have meticulously sliced pig liver that is food presentation worthy and did not have the bitterness normally associated with innards. The broth has a delicate sweetness and milkiness to it. Overall, I would rate it a 5 and would definitely come back for it. But the one that made them famous is their take on Beef Pho (₱379). The serving is huge and comes with Thai Chili sauce and a Shoyu and Oyster Sauce based dip. This is fantastic and could butt heads with the best of them. The skewers provided the proper balance and foil to our soup based meals because they were perfectly seasoned and grilled. Highly recommended!

Food is really really really great. As a non foodie, the star was the Batchoy Ramen. I ordered the full bowl, which was humongous. Busog na busog talaga right after. I can truly say that the price is equivalent to its serving size and the taste. The broth was so tasty and the meat was tender and yummy as well.

Batchoy Ramen is a must try! Looks like a ramen but definitely tastes like a batchoy. A half serving of the ramen is good enough for one person. We also tried the seafood pho. Very generous serving. I wish a half serving is also available for this. Very filling, we didn’t finish it. Overall, would try again!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Broth n Bowls, and I must say, it was a nice experience from start to finish. Nestled in a cozy corner of the city, this charming ramen spot has a delightful cuisine with exceptional customer service and inviting ambiance.

First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show - the Ramen Batchoy. It was nothing short of a flavor explosion in my mouth. The broth was rich, savory, and had that perfect balance of umami goodness that every ramen aficionado craves. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of bite, and the combination of tender pork slices, crunchy vegetables, and the perfectly cooked egg elevated the dish to heavenly heights.

But Broth n Bowls isn't just about ramen; they also offer a variety of delectable skewers that are simply outstanding. The Fish Tofu Skewers were a revelation. The skewers were seasoned nicely, grilled to perfection, and served with a sweet and peppery dipping sauce that added an extra layer of flavor to each bite.

Equally impressive were the Shrimp Skewers. Plump, juicy shrimp were marinated in a flavorful concoction that left me wanting more with every bite. The hint of smokiness from the grill made these skewers irresistible.

What truly sets Broth n Bowls apart, aside from its exceptional cuisine, is the top-notch customer service. The staff were not only attentive and knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about the food they served. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

As for the ambiance, Broth n Bowls has managed to strike the perfect balance between cozy and trendy. The warm lighting and eye-catchy decor create an inviting atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxing meal with friends or a romantic dinner for two. It's the kind of place where you can savor your food and enjoy great conversation without feeling rushed.

Broth n Bowls is a hidden gem such as their Ramen Batchoy, Fish Tofu Skewers, and Shrimp Skewers are nothing short of culinary worth of an experience to try, and their dedication to customer service and ambiance make it a must-visit spot for any food lover. Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or just looking for a dining experience, make your way to Broth n Bowls—you won't be...

Food is AMAZING ✨✨ My bf is a picky eater but he liked the Paitan ramen we ordered and said its very close to the authentic ramen he gets in Japan (he lives there). I had the Jambalaya rice bowl and guuuurl~ if you're hesitating because of the price — the serving is BIG and they're very generous with the toppings especially sa meat. Actually nagulat ako kasi buo yung shrimp pieces na nasa rice, usually kasi when I get any food with shrimp in it, bits lang so I was really happy.

I hope they provide little plates to put down your utensils on though, nililipad kasi ng hangin yung tissues once you pickup your chopsticks 😭😭

overall, the money is worth it and the staff is vv nice. Super attentive nung Ate na nag serve samin. Will definitely...
