Horrible experience just now with the drive thru. I ordered a 1 pc chicken with egg rice. The whole time, the crew seemed to not pay attention to my order, kept chatting and flirting with her fellow staff, and was overall not attentive to my order. When my order came, it was delivered by that same careless crew. Of course it was packed so I wasnt able to check it immediately. When I got home, I was missing a fork and my rice was plain rice, not egg rice -- even though I was charged extra for an egg rice. All because the crew didn't pay attention to her job. This branch is disappointing. First time I dined here, all my orders were not available. They only had a few options available with most of their main signature dishes not available. They only had around 4 items available out of the usual variety this restaurant has and advertises. The reason: they were already about to close for the night. Saw a 24 hr sign at their door though. Service is way better than the Jollibee next door. (Though I reckon they're owned by the same company/franchiser) I was forced to transfer here after the Jollibee next door refused to serve breakfast meals despite me arriving at 9:25am (breakfast meals should be available until 10am)

Pleasantly surprised to find out that Chowking's beef tapa is good, so much that I ordered an extra even before I've finished the first one...
