RUDE STAFF.

Miscommunication when making an order is common. But mocking your customer face to face is very rude.

I was there today and ordered pasta with tomato sauce... but before I could say another word the staff cut me off and said that i must wait five minutes... so I waited... she did not even ask me what kind of pasta I wanted.... Suddenly she was already passing me a ziti with tomato sauce... I told her I wanted spaghetti....after insisting that I take the ziti, she finally gave in and replaced it with spaghetti. Which was supposed to be great.

but she continued to mock me. Laughing with her fellow staff and repeatedly making fun of the situation while I was still standing at the cashier. If she wanted me to pay for that ziti, I would gladly pay anyway.

I sat down, but the mockery continued and I can still hear it from where I was sitting. I became disgusted with the whole scene and I can't swallow that food anymore. I left that food untouched.

So, I ordered 4 slices of pizza, anyway paid for it, and when I checked the receipt I saw that they charged me twice of one pizza, but we didn’t get it. Obviously, my mother and brother were irked. I don’t understand why some people think it’d be okay to do things like that. I don’t know if it’s an honest mistake, or what, but I did observe that the server that took our order, only whispered what we ordered to the cashier, we didn’t hear them clearly. I know it’s a small amount, but that costed them their integrity and their customer’s trust. Shan’t be buying there again. Will just support small...

Sometimes the food is great and sometimes the food is not.. some days the bread tastes out of this world and other days it is burnt.. I prefer the meat balls most days and the Caesar salad 🥗. 96 percent perfect each day. Things can be pricey compared to most Filipino food in the mall but if u want to treat...
