Serving portions were extra small and a fresh batch was gone after the third person picked up what the 1st and 2nd decided to leave behind. On my second plate i asked for seared salmon and was asked to provide my table number i assume it would not take long. I had 5 plates of food and 3 plates of desserts. The salmon came when i was on my 2nd plate of desserts. Even better was what was used is what is left of salmon after taking the cuts for sushi and sashimi. The "grilled salmon" of the two pieces i got i dare say 75% of it was bone and i was left to pick bits and pieces of it to get any sort of meat. The mixed tempura, also included the after cuts of salmon belly. If you expect quality cuts of salmon like they use in sushi or sashimi, just get those instead of going for the seared left over salmon bones. The chef's interpretation of medium at the carving station is basically rare at best and blue if he serves it to you after only searing one side for less than 30 seconds. I dont mind beef being rare... but on my 3rd plate rare and blue lamb just didnt go down good. Would have to say the wost all you can eat i have been to. I still ate plenty of food to get my money's worth. But would have to give it a couple years to...

It is very cozy and classy and with such great colors the really compliment each other. The place is clean and maintained and the staff are well-mannered and friendly, it's like talking with your family. The food is over-the-top delicious. I'd recommend eating the mango maki before anything else. There are a lot of food to choose, from the main course, to pizza and Italian dishes, to the soup and breads, tacos, sushi, and heaven-like desserts. You gotta love it here. The price is fair but it's worth it. And there is also a cute twist that Vikings Iloilo offer. Every time there is a birthday or someone who has a birthday on the time you visit here, they would give you a complimentary cake and a dance performance you'll surely love. You'll never regret having your big day or any day you'll spent being here. I am sure of it.

2nd time in iloilo, lunch time. although they made us pay 400 for our toddler because she was 2 cm above 90cm.she didn't eat anything... But there was a nice choice and the food was good.
3rd time in iloilo. 6pm.The floor was slippery and greasy, almost fell in front of the meat stand. The choice was very limited, no such I like before, no choice of cake, no ice cream, all the food felt like it was left over from lunchtime, meat was dried, lechon was brown, potatoes were chewy and dried etc... A big disappointment. I don't think we will renew the experience. When we left, they made us pay extra, for I don't know what reason, not worth to bring kids either the price is way too high for what they can eat....
