On Monday 25th of March around 8:40pm i came in to buy food to take to the cinema, JOANNA I think the name of the cashier who assisted me with my order at first she was nice and professional but when i ordered my cheese burger meal I asked for large chips instead of large french fries because I have been living in Australia for 5years and we call french fries chips and I apologized and corrected myself and this is when the problem started. She laugh straight to my face and started talking to the other cashier name JUHNA, and JUHNA laughing in face as well and saying to JOANNA "where is she from? Bacolod? Hahaha" Like I wasn't even there. It made me feel disgusted how they treated me and as a ex crew member of Jollibee Corporation specifically cashier we were always taught to be professional in any circumstances. Read moreMy family and I dined last Dec 26, 2022 for dinner. The crew were nice and the food was served fast. When the receipt was given, we wondered why a lot of GCs were punched on it and it's not the usual receipt that I used to see.
After eating I asked what are those GCs for and why we were not able to receive any of it but it's written on our receipt? The cashier said that we can avail those GCs if we've reached an order of Php 5,000.
Is that so? Or they were using customer's receipts for these staff to avail those GCs?
I'm not interested in the amount of those GCs, I'm talking of honesty and trust here.
I would like to call on the attention of the management of this branch, if these staff of yours cannot be trusted on a worth Php 100 GCs, how could you trust them with the bigger responsibility?
