Amuma Spa — Local services in Lapu-Lapu

One of the things I wanted to save for later was a massage. I've been eyeballing with their variety of treatments which I can hardly understand, but thanks to my companion it was quite understandable.

I convinced myself to get one of those massages. At first I couldn't say if it's cheap or not, but converting it to my currency and comparing it to regular rates I'm used to, it was awfully cheap.

I had a normal Hilot for 60 minutes with a preparation time of 15 minutes.

You can personally create your space by choosing the music and oil you want to use during treatment. At the same time you'll be offered a cold beverage and a refreshing towel for your face.

Before the actual treatment you'll get a foot bath after that you'll be taken to paradise with the exquisite atmosphere you've picked.

The treatment was with Yala. A professional like no other.

The treatment was really enticing. You'll be massaged with medium pressure at your back, then the front including a foot massage (reflexology). Shortly before the treatment comes to an end, a beverage will be prepared and at the very end, you'll get a small something as a sign of gratitude.

The experience is below par, I took a facial and foot massage: (1) facial doesn't have steam and felt pretty average for the price. At P3800 I can get a luxury facial and 2 cocktails at Shangri-La. Only good thing about facial was that the therapist gave me shoulder massage but I think the price doesn't justify that (2) foot massage was given without cleaning feet, and was hoping it will be on a chair but it wasn't. Amazing Spa experience. The staff are a pleasure to deal with, the ambience and service are exemplary. The price is totally worth the service you receive.
