Had our merienda here while we’re waiting for our plane more than 2 weeks ago. Their halo halo is surprisingly good, its creamy and refreshing. I highly recommend this. The service is a little slow, considering we only ordered three Halo Halo. Place smells like burnt cooking oil during our stay, either the exhaust system was not operating well or it was under designed, hope the store could address this as the scent sticks to clothes.

One of the better options for a good and affordable meal at Mactan airport. (Options range from Jollibee to Shakey’s to the overpriced ramen resto next door.) Cafe Laguna is a very popular Cebuano restaurant specializing in Filipino food. However, this branch does not have the same full menu as their mall counterpart. Bestsellers for this branch - Bangsilog and the Bistek Tagalog. I ordered the latter. It’s not as good as the ones in their full...
