Cafe Talk — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

I am a frequent visitor/customer here and have been here a lot. With that, in the numerous times that I have been here, all I can say is it is amazing. The (sort-of) rooms that you get for dining in is great. It gives you a bit of privacy (though that really depends where you stay). It has outlets, tables, and you can even lie down if you wish. There’s a TV in case you get bored and Wi-Fi. That said, it is ideal for dates in which you wish to spend time getting to know each other or just start to be comfortable. Although, be warned, PDA is not allowed, there is a 1 order or 1 meal/drink per person policy, and food is not exactly cheap (they can be a bit pricey for their actual value). So best to come in with a brim full of money. Overall, despite those quirks, I love it, and I am glad to recommend...
