My experience here was bad. One of the worst. The customer service was awful. The manager was lazy and seemed like she was there only for the sake of it. She could’ve been just a normal employee with that attitude. Some food were unavailable, so it took the purpose of getting there not worth it. I had to wait for a long time to order and to also get my food. The other staff were rude and looked judgmental. When it was finally time to get my food, they forgot to place the sauces, and when I told them about it, they simply shrugged it off and did nothing. If I knew this store was like this, I would’ve ordered some place else. It is not worth it, and if you’re thinking if eating here, don’t. If you really want to go Mang Inasal, look for another store. I dined here on March 9, 2025, at 10 AM with my daughter. When I handed my payment to Cashier 2, Almera, along with my senior citizen ID, she tapped the standee brochure in front of her, seemingly to get my attention, and pointed out that the "Ihaw Sarap" combos were already discounted. However, when I checked the receipt, I noticed that the ₱10 reduction was merely a price adjustment, not the proper senior citizen discount.

Mang Inasal is hands down the best BBQ chicken joint in the Philippines. In any branch you go, the marinade has always been consistently delicious for both chicken and pork dishes. And they were able to keep this up for years.

I prefer the chicken paa. This is more delicious when you mix chicken oil on your rice. Sadly, on our 2 visits at this branch, the pork BBQ was not available. We went for early lunch and were the first ones there as soon as they open.
