Finally, an authentic Cansi in the heart of Lapu-Lapu City. Yes, naa na sila sa Mactan in Pueblo Verde or Tamiya area. Cansi is boiled bone-in beef shank in ilonggo's style with their own Batuan, a local fruit that gives that kick of sourness. I had Cansi in Bacolod a few times already. And this one in Cole's Cansi tastes so much the same. Their serving is good for 2-3 persons where you can choose your Cansi between Regular with normal amount bone marrow or Special with a huge amount. I like the broth on the Cansi, servings are good for 2-3 persons. Other food tastes good.
