I had ordered from this place multiple times via grab. They charge an extra 50 peso per dish for extra olives which I'm happy to pay. I usually put extra olives in the comments also to remind about my selection and was ordering between 1k and 2k of food a few times per week. Then tonight I get a nasty text message from them saying "extra olives extra olives is getting annoying". Wow... what kind of business does that to a loyal customer?
Just to clarify the situation so everyone knows. It's a foreinger and his filipina wife who cook food in their condo. They don't have a restaurant. It's delivery or pickup only. He also doesn't have a work permit as far as I know. As he freaked out one time while chatting in the lobby of the condo and wanted me to know his wife does all the cooking. But on a later date admitted he does the cooking. Anyway I was okay with the model because the food was good even though it was a strange model. But now they have really shown themselves to be unprofessional.
Ps. I'll post screenshots and other proof if I get challenged...

Who’s checking these places for compliance? Don’t be fooled by photos of the owner holding an Uber Eats sign—it’s all about sales, not cleanliness. This isn’t just gross—it’s a serious...
Read moreNormally I’m not such a fan of delivery food but oh my, this one is an exception. We ordered Spaghetti creamy chicken mushroom and penne Gorgonzola shrimp and both dishes were absolutely delicious! Generous portions, the pasta was right Al dente and the saus really full flavour and rich. Italian restaurant worthy and for a very good price. The packaging was sustainable too and came with wooden cutlery and nice paper boxes. No cheap plastics! With a paper bag it would have been even more perfect Communication through google chat was fast and efficient too. You won’t be disappointed so go...
