Me and my fiancee, visited alfresco mactan newtown, but our experience for customer service in this one food place here is very bad, named Dapogan restaurant, we ordered something and it takes 15-20mins, I am the only customer they had that time. I sat in front of their restaurant, after waiting for a long time, me And my fiancée notice there's a food already in front of 3 staff that's just talking with each other. So I asked my fiancée to asked if it's mine, but they said not mine. So we waited again very long time. So last time I asked my fiancée when are they going to serve my order, and finally they said it's mine. They didn't even bother to asked me I was only in front of them waiting.
