Terrible Consistency & Poor Language Skills at McDonald’s - Gregorian, Legazpi

I’ve given this branch multiple chances, but after NINE consecutive ruined orders, it’s clear that quality control is not a priority here. I’ve had to speak to managers twice, yet the same issues keep happening.

Here are just a few examples of their mistakes:

They miscounted chicken orders three times – giving less than the ordered amount.

Excessively salty cheeseburgers, twice – making them practically inedible.

Forgetting drinks, three times – even after confirming them at checkout.

It’s disappointing. If I can’t trust them to get a simple order right, I don’t see a reason to keep coming back. My name appears in the review. Therefore, I fear that they might tamper with my food if I return. Avoid this location unless you want to gamble...

Food is meh not really macdonalds quality, staff is insanly slow especially the cashiers and even if it's very busy they don't open all the cashiers just one or 2 if you're lucky it's like they are all on some slow strike, there ordering computers none of the card machines work already for months, there is not working cr here not even just to wash hands... The air conditioners are dirty and leaking water

OK an update this is getting ridiculous almost 2hours waiting for food??? And you wait 45 min jus to get in front to tell you the hae no chicken so why is there no sign up anywhere warning anyone of this? So you're already frustrated to wait to actually pay then you wait another 60min to get the wrong order really somone from macdonalds need to get tmthere and sort...

Just today10/08/22 arrived around 1:30am manager take my order. my orders are crispy chicken sandwich with fries and drinks M. and A la carte cheesy cheese burger total of 195. waited for 30mins order is not yet ready I follow up my order until they give it to me around 2:04-2:10 instead of dine in I decided to take out my order. while walking I started to eat my fries then when I'm about to drink instead of sprite they give me water, I went back to the store and complained about my drinks and change it to coke. when I checked my food after I arrived in my house my cheesy cheese burger. d n ako bumalik kc wala n massakyan at nkkatamad n maglakad...
