We just left Sagada Brew about 30 mins ago and we couldn't leave the place fast enough. The whole experience was downright TERRIBLE! From the very start it felt like it wasn't the right place to eat dinner. It was chaotic inside... it isn't because the place was packed but because there wasn't really any clear system in place. We didn't know where to seat, where to queue up to seat or if we should be ordering first while waiting to be seated. Then when we tried to ask we were greeted by a rude, rash, overbearing cashier/receptionist/owner who, even in her old age, seemed to have not mastered the art of being polite and/or civil. Considering we're customers, seems like it was a bad idea to put someone like that right up front to greet guests. In my opinion, the food cannot compensate for the really really bad service. Oh... I wasn't able to eat. They didn't get my order right... so I left the place hungry and pissed. Sagada Brew, situated on South Rd., regrettably falls into the category of just another coffee shop.
Among their coffee offerings, the black coffee shake shines as a standout. Its robust coffee bean flavor and aroma pleasantly surprise any coffee aficionado, making it one of the finest coffee drinks in Sagada.

Beware if you're in need of cold water; a glass of ice comes at a price of Php20. Despite its inviting facade, the cafe suffers from ventilation issues.
In sum, Sagada Brew doesn't quite live up to its name and left me with unmet...

The vibes is kinda off, because the owner was rude. Food is not worth it for its price. I ordered Vanilla Latte and Lemon Pie and it came very late. My friend's order arrived first which is just Tapsilog. Minutes later, my order wasn't served still. My friend followed up for it and guess what the owner said "Yes eto na pine-prepare na". And you can hear them chit-chatting in the kitchen and in the counter. I also heard the staff (female) saying to my friend, "Gutom yarn?" in an offending way after he asked for the follow-up on my food. It was a very bad experience as a first timer. We really regret dining here and we'd never...
