Pleasant stay though construction for their expansion is ongoing. The manager and her assistant are easy to deal with and accommodating. Room basics were there except for towel that costs P20 rental; ensuite has a hot shower; a/c is not needed since it's Sagada anyway; wifi available at the 1st floor; and the lack of tv inside the room doesn't really matter since you're there for the outdoor activities. Rooms though aren't sound proof - I can hear the tv whenever someone is watching outside, as well as the noise from my neighboring rooms. Location is approximately 700m away from the tourist center. Don't expect AC, TV, cable, wifi, elevator, toiletries, hairdryer, etc.The rooms are not for staying in - get out and enjoy nature!||||After the day's adventure we were bone-tired and just needed to have a quick, warm shower and we were off to bed! We did not even miss the TV and the wifi because we badly needed to rest for the next day's activities.||||And you will not break the bank staying in this lodge - you'll have plenty left for food (which can be pricey at the more popular restos), souvenir shopping (lots of local crafts to choose from), and adventures!||||There is a small store at the ground floor and you can buy most of the supplies you need from here. Most restos and shops are walking distance from the Umatan - saving you on transport cost. The owners are very helpful - they will even cook for you if you request them, for a minimal fee.||||Great...

Clean (Seriously clean especially the t/b)||3. Afforadable (We got the 1 room for 3 pax with 2 beds and a private t/b w/ TV for 300PHP)||4.Rooms are built really great. (Thick walls dude, thick walls. My other friend who went to sagada 1 day ahead of us stayed in a different lodge and the walls were like made with just plywood.)
