Dunkin' - Ayala Malls Circuit — Restaurant in Makati

The food here is usually good as always, and I usually enjoy the coffee and donuts sitting but decided to take it out due to my experience.

However, the reason for this review is specifically about the staff today (Sept. 30, 2025 at around 7:20pm). The person who took my payment was nice, but the staff member who assisted me first and made my coffee was very disappointing.

Not only did she serve me a small coffee instead of the large I ordered (which I didn’t return to avoid making a scene), but her attitude was also unprofessional and not welcoming. I left with my iced coffee and donuts feeling very disappointed.

I hope management can address this issue with proper training, because customer service is just as important as the food and drinks—which I normally...

Hi improve the manners of the staff handling the customers particularly the cashier with the shift of 6:50 pm with the date of May 18. Aside from the ill manners displayed, dishes are flying and stambling. Review your surveillance camera which finally can be put in use....

They have this anniversary promo , mahaba pila dahil dami nag aavail , mga naka office attire , pang alis din mostly ng nasa unahan q sa pila , nakapambahay lng ako kasi galing akong dhl nagpa ship lng naman ako ,lahat ng nauna sakin sa pila e nagpapalit ng inclusive na donut sa promo nila , nung ako na sabi nung marj ," ay bawal sir kasi naka pack na as is " kaya akoy napaisip , bakit ung mgaa nauna e pede nung ako na ndi ? So sumagot sya ng medto ndi maganda ang mood at tono "sige ano bang papalitan natin sir?" Nagsabi ako ng 4 na strawberry sana dun sa classic , pero bawal daw isa lng dw and pde palitan so ,para less trouble na lng sige na lng ako then umalis na lng ako medto dismayado , siguro kung maayos itsura q that time baka...
