I stayed here for 4 days for a training, as this was the hotel booked by my company. One thing I appreciated is the location—it's very accessible and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The room was okay. Just note that there’s no daily cleaning unless you request it. Check-in was smooth, though they do require a ₱2,000 security deposit. Now for the downside—the restaurant/café (I believe it’s called Rafa, or at least they share the same kitchen). I'm giving this part of the stay 1 star. The food was disappointing. We ordered Sisig, pork BBQ, and chicken Inasal for dinner. The Sisig, which costs over ₱350, was extremely spicy—loaded with red and green chilies. There was no warning on the menu, and no one mentioned it was that spicy. I couldn’t even finish a quarter of it and ended up sending it back. It felt like a waste of money. I gave feedback to the waiter, but all I got was a simple apology. The pork BBQ and Inasal were also underwhelming—dry and bland. Breakfast was fair: the usual scrambled eggs and rice, with rotating mains and a basic selection of bread, fruit, iced tea, and coffee. Overall, decent for location and convenience, but I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant based on my experience.

WORST HOTEL money stolen We arrived from the UK early we sat in reception, we was told by the staff to leave our bags behind the desk in the reception for safety, the member of staff told us it would be safe, I have never left my bag unattended. When we left I had found that ÂŁ500 had been stolen out of my bag, we could not do anything as now we was flying, we told the Hotel about this and as you can see the response is disgusting expecting me to pay 1,500 person to respond to us, this is how you get treated after spending in the restaurant for 7 people, booked 3 rooms, now not take any resposability just want to take more money from us. As they are now ignoring us they have given us no choice but to give this review to warn other, we have also reported this Hotel to President Duterte's government office, if you stay at this Hotel just be on your guard. The Hotel itself was ok on our stay. Their response is in the picture.

We stayed in both the Premier Suite and the Deluxe Double Room, and unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. The only consistently good feature was the air conditioning, which worked well in both rooms. Pros: • Convenient location near supermarkets and fast food chains • Commute-friendly area • Courteous and helpful guard and front desk staff • Deep pool, though not well-maintained Cons: • We found a cockroach in our room • The fridge in the Deluxe Double Room wasn’t working • Very limited power outlets, which was inconvenient • TV is outdated and not a smart TV • Unstable and intermittent Wi-Fi connection • Breakfast had very limited options • Chef and some staff were not friendly or approachable • Parking is very limited • Room lighting is too dim We expected more, especially considering the room categories. Maybe it’s time do make some improvements in both the facilities and the overall service.

No star at all to give.It is the worst hotel we ever stayed at.We have to call assistance to turn on hot water for shower. Can't use the elevator when we want to use. You have to call assistant to operate it They gave us a crappy filthy room. I will put pictures of dirty sheets. They could have refund us the money after asking we don't want to stay. Even we booked this thru booking. com the property still could refund us. I know its non refundable but when you got put in an dirty old filthy room customer have the right not to stay because of how filthy the room is but yet we are like a prisoner its because it is already paid prior to our arrival we have to keep the room or we will loose our money. I guest it is a lesson learned. Do not booked without cancellation. Our 3 nights stay was a disaster. The manager only want to upgrade so they can sell us a different room. He didn't do much for us at all. He has the guts to asked me if that was my firs time booking in a hotel and made me feel I dont know much about booking with hotel partners. Mind you I have a lots of booking made with different hotels. We just don't want to keep the room given to us. We were supposed to be at the 5th floor but Kristell put us on the 1st floor where it is old ugly filthy room and bed wasnt even a double bed. It is like a single/twin bed. I had stayed so many times into a double bed plus our bed at home was double bed too and nothing compare to that bed that was in the room where we booked. This people at the lobby was crooked specially the guy behind the reception desk. We will never ever give them another chance at all again. People, do not make a big mistake booking at this worst filthy...
