My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and bathrooms were big (compared to other hotels in the Philippines). The staff was always accommodating. They helped us get Grab cars and recommended some sights as well. Two standouts are the manager, Jet, and the server, Dionne. Dionne seriously deserves the Employee of the Year award. She consistently went above and beyond with such grace and an eye for detail. They are lucky to have her there! They have a "24 hour bar" but sometimes you have to search for someone to serve you if it's late night. There is also a decent restaurant in the lobby though we found the food to be hit or miss. We had complimentary breakfast each morning in the basement which was more than sufficient. Tip: they will make you pancakes if you ask. Our favorite feature was an outdoor courtyard adjacent to the lobby. There are tables for eating, drinking, smoking (and you can't smoke anywhere in the Philippines! ) & game playing. Be aware that it is an outdoor space so you may encounter giant roaches or have birds poop on your head (yes, that happened to me!) Nonetheless it was still a highlight of the hotel. Thank you for a great stay. I would be happy to recommend it to anyone who's not too hoity toity.

This hotel stay was an absolute nightmare. First, the bathroom sink was clogged—because nothing says “relaxing stay” like standing water. The shower curtain? Completely useless. Might as well have no divider at all. Then there’s the ridiculous lack of basic amenities. No utensils, so unless you’re skilled in medieval dining, get ready to eat with your bare hands. No microwave in the room either, so reheating food means hauling yourself to the lobby like it’s some kind of quest. And when I asked for the third time, the receptionist suddenly claimed it was “broken.” Convenient excuse. As if that weren’t enough, the hallways reeked of bleach—so strong it could rival Chowking’s signature scent. Honestly, this place is an overpriced disappointment. 1 star. Never coming back.

Here are a few specifics about the place: • It's in a quiet residential area. • Despite being in a residential area, there are nearby restaurants for dining options. • A 5-minute walk to a nearby convenience store (7/11). • No corkage fee, so you can order food or groceries from Grab or the mart. • They have their own café in the lobby, but payments for meals and items at the café are separate. However, you can still order both through room service. (Just remember to add "Food Allowance" to your budget if your booking doesn’t include free breakfast). Must Try: Spanish Latte & Croissant! • Fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. • Blackout curtains in the room! • The room and cabinet space are quite spacious, so you'll have plenty of room for your luggage. The bathroom is a bit small, but still functional and easy to move around in. • Booking a Grab is simple and convenient. • They provide toiletries, but if two of you are staying, you may need to request extra soap and a tube of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. • The bidet hose pressure is quite strong—press the trigger gently to avoid any surprises. • They charge P100 for an extra pillow, but it's for the entire duration of your stay. • The TV isn’t a smart TV, but it does have cable. Overall, our stay was great and comfortable. Recommended...
