I had a nightmare experience with them. I won’t recommend this car rental. NOT AT ALL. Starting from the requirements that are extremely hassle. Yet the car is old and has a lot of scratches. If you missed one of the scratches and dents before they turnover the car, then you have to pay for it upon returning the unit. Due to the vulnerability of the car being damaged, no matter how careful you drive, the possibility of you paying for the repair of their car is 100% after use. EVEN THOUGH THE INSIDE OF THE CAR IS CLEAN AND TIDY, THERE IS A STRONG SMELL OF FABRIC CONDITIONER, WHICH I PERSONALLY DID NOT LIKE. Totally a nightmare experience.

We had one extra day in Manila and wanted to visit the Taal vulcano. Car rental Makati was the first one to come up hence we travelled over there, not realizing the stated location is the parking of the car and no office. However, the call was answered in 10 sec and 3 min later the owner was ready to handover the car. He was very friendly yet accurate in the administration. The car was clean, full tank, mobile phone charging cables and all toll roads RFID’s present. This made driving very efficient. At the end of the day we paid the fuel and the toll-road charges. All properly documented. I would certainly recommend this owner to anyone wanting...
