Certified mechanics are just inspecting the work of inexperienced mechanics. Using your car as an experiment or a learning opportunity. Dont go here if you dont know about cars. Better go to casa.
1 no greeting. In fact, these guys are late. Scheduled appointment 8am and they started work by 8:30. Talk about professionalism. 2 didnt UNDERSTAND what the car needs. In fact, no question was asked. 3 Inspect. No inspection was done since i cam for a routine oil change. 4 Trust. Number 6 speaks about this. 5 Only the repairs required. This is true. 6 Quality workmanship. This is where it gets interesting. I had requested for radiator flushing and it was included in the quote. The mechanic didn't do any flushing until i called it out saying the machine they use didn't work. Talked to the manager and proceeded to do this manually. They used tap water. Quality work requires distilled water. They said they never use distilled water. Finished the work with my radiator foaming with flushing fluid. Quality workmanship at...
Read moreI visited this place due to the v-belt noise in the engine room. They said there was a problem with the v-belt and auto tensioner, but they replaced the v-belt first because there were no parts for the auto tensioner same day. However, an unskilled technician could not assemble the belt for more than an hour, so he assembled it while looking on the 5times Internet, and the car was shipped out saying that the repair was complete, but a very loud ripping sound from the engine room came out at low speed. I couldn't believe this place, so I went to another auto shop the next day, and it was said that the problem was caused by installing a belt that did not fit the length(they installed linger belt), so I paid double the money and fixed the car again at another place. This is a place you...
Read moreAs a foreigner finding an honest repair shop can be a challenge. We found this garage by pure luck on FB and my car needed brake work that the Toyota dealer wanted 60k to fix. This shop replaced the parts with new OEM parts for 16k and gave a warranty on the work and parts. The mechanic Lito found my drive belt was split and needed replaced and my air filter. Overall it was an amazing experience and no stress or worry of getting the notorious foreigner prices and I have lived here 20 years. I recommend this shop to anyone needing services or brake job. Their prices are good on regular scheduled services such as oil changes and the prices are posted so no guessing. Thank you to an amazing staff and a caring good manager Jun. I need 2 new shocks so I will go back next...
