It was a nightmare for me whenever I had to go to the casa and wait for the PMS to be done. Aside from the fact that I sleep during the day because I work at night, waiting several hours, not knowing what's going on with your car, and overpriced services are some of the reasons why I'm hesitant to have my car serviced in a casa. It's not a guarantee also that if you have it serviced in a casa, they will properly take care of it. I've read horror stories too.

During the 1st year of pandemic, the nearest casa to our house temporarily shutdown so I searched online for a home service PMS instead then I saw Mechanigo. Read the reviews and their package is very affordable so I did not hesitate to avail their services even if my car still have warranty. It's no longer a nightmare as I was able to save time going to and from to have my car serviced. Plus there's no hidden charges. They are very transparent with their prices.

Joed, the mechanic they assigned, explained every single thing he's doing and why he's doing that. I would say that if not for his great work, I will never avail again their services. It's always the first impression and first experience that will help you decide if you will patronize the service. So far, it's my 3rd time already to have my car serviced with Mechanigo and definitely not...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Booked MechaniGO for unit inspection at 1PM this Jan 9. At 12:50, we had not received any update from our assigned sales manager or from the assigned mechanic. At 1PM, sales manager finally gave us the number of the mechanic. When we called the mechanic, they were unaware about the 1PM appointment. The sales manager then asked us to wait until 2PM. At 2PM, still no mechanic. They asked us to wait again until 3PM, to which we refused because they are obviously wasting our time. We are now demanding refund for the reservation fee that they had us pay— not that it can make up for the time wasted.

We booked MechaniGO because they boast that they are trustworthy and reliable, but that is far from reality. We came from Bacoor to inspect a unit in Cainta, left early and arrived on time, only to be hassled by MechaniGO's incompetence and mismanagement. They wasted our time and all they could do is say sorry. Better to find a cheaper, ACTUALLY trustworthy mechanic from smaller...

Great job, Mechanigo! Had preventive maintenance done on my Ford Everest and was really satisfied with the quality of service. The mechanic was professional and thorough. Highly recommended!

Just a few suggestions for improvement: There was a delay in my appointment (scheduled for 9AM but started around 12 noon), and I wasn’t informed ahead of time that the mechanic would be absent. I appreciate the discount you gave for the inconvenience—great gesture from your team!

I noticed you already have a website for scheduling—awesome! Maybe it would help to just share the link directly with customers during inquiries, so they can easily pick their preferred time. It’s a win-win: customers can see the available slots, and your scheduling system gets used more.

Also, consider adding features to your scheduling page where customers can see which mechanics are available, or even choose their preferred mechanic if possible. This would make your system more modern and efficient for both sides.
