We recently attended a Christening and Birthday party of my niece at Jollibee Puregold, JP Rizal Makati. As someone who has experienced a number of kiddie parties, I must say that this location was a perfect choice for the event. From the setup to the service, the team at Jollibee Puregold really knows how to create a fun and memorable celebration.

First and foremost, the venue itself was well-suited for a kiddie party. The spacious area provided plenty of room for both the children and adults to move around, making it easy for everyone to participate in the festivities. The playful decorations and lively atmosphere really set the tone for a joyous celebration.

Very Disappointed – Worst Experience at

J.P Rizal.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Jollibee today. I waited in line for 20 minutes, and then had to wait another 30 minutes just for my chicken – and it still wasn’t ready at the time they said it would be! It’s completely unacceptable, especially during dinner time when the store should be fully prepared for the rush.

This shows a serious lack of planning and customer consideration. If you know it’s peak hours, then be ready! This is not the kind of service I expect from a big fast food chain like Jollibee. Totally disappointed and not coming back...

We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday at Jollibee Puregold, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were kind and helpful, and the setup was simple yet warm and homey. Special thanks to the host who helped us plan a surprise for my mom—it made the moment truly unforgettable. 🐝❤️
