Late review for our dine-in experience on Sep 30, dinner time. Never coming back to this branch, again! We have been frequent customers of this branch since this is a walking distance from our place. However, we felt so frustrated for what they did to us. We arrived at 7:30pm and were notified that the serving time might take long, probably around 15-20min. We're totally cool about that since the place is a bit crowded but to our surprised, we were left unserved for an hour or more. 3 customers who ordered after us were already served their meals while we receive NOTHING from we ordered. The thing that made me more frustrated is that they ordered the same dishes with us. We did follow up and was given 1 out of our 4 orders just because the server already saw that I am already unhappy with the situation. After a 2nd follow-up, we decided to cancel our orders. I lost all my appetite and did not even eat the 1st order they served. We felt like they did not even care about us as customers since they did not bother to check why others with the same order with us receive they orders while we get UNSERVED. Subject: Feedback on Experience at Mama Lou’s Bambino - Ayala Circuit Mall Branch

Dear Mama Lou's Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your Ayala Circuit Mall branch on 27 September 2024.

As a loyal customer of Mama Lou’s, I have visited many of your branches, including Evia, Manila Bay, and Premio, and have always enjoyed my experiences. However, my visit to the Ayala Circuit branch was underwhelming. The fried chicken I ordered was unusually small, excessively oily, and the wing portion was split in two, which detracted from the presentation and quality.

In addition to the food, the dining environment was uncomfortable. The area was very humid, with no proper air conditioning. While there were a few electric fans, they were insufficient given the number of guests. Furthermore, there was a water leak from the ceiling, creating a hazard as guests were at risk of slipping.

To make matters worse, we were given the wrong receipt when requesting our bill. We were mistakenly charged over ₱2,800 for an order that was not ours. Thankfully, my friend noticed the error, but it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I hope you will address these concerns to improve the overall customer experience at this branch.

I frequent Mama Lou's quite often but this was my first time at their Circuit Branch. To my dismay, the service and food did not match my expectations. First of all, my brother and I were dressed very casually in just black shirts and shorts, it felt like we were discriminated as soon as we sat at our table. Other tables were immediately served bread and water while we had to ask for ours 10 mins after being there. This could have just been a miss but as soon as another family arrived beside us they were treated very differently, even given bread and water before us which irked me.

The service could have been forgivable if the food was good but after waiting 30-40 min, our entrees got served before the appetizer. The carbonara tasted so bland to the point that it just tasted like pasta and cream. I asked for salt, pepper, and parmesan to make it more palatable and they took back the seasonings after one usage (don't they have spare containers?). The pizza was okay, if not very mediocre and the calamari (which was served very late I might add) lacked a lot of salt.

Sad to say I cannot recommend this branch at all and it did not match the quality I expected...
