This is a branch that either does not know how to use the queuing system or is intentionally not making use of it to gain more control of time as they don’t seem motivated to work or probably think they can run this McDonald’s like their very own family carinderia (when in fact even carinderias know “food service” better than they do seemingly). It feels as if the staff think they’re invincible and run the place however they want to just with their uniforms on because of their attitude when customers follow up on their orders. Sadly with the new kiosks/ordering system, they have only become more inefficient. The staff just don’t work as hard as before because the food never gets served fast anymore! Golden Arches Head Office better check on the staff at Evangelista branch please and train them properly!
Right now, they certainly don’t pass fast food restaurant standards with over 30 minute-long queues for some very simple orders when they have all the equipment but not the competent staff. I feel sorry for the staff here who work hard but are dragged down by some of their colleagues who just are unprofessional - not knowing the value of service, what fast food is supposed to be and what their job entails.
There was a whole bunch of customers following up on orders this morning with one mom asking for a refund instead because she and her daughter waited too long standing around and their orders were still incomplete after nearly 40mins. I came in last to ask for a refund and the cashier was fine with it until the manager came by and suddenly the cashier tried a rebuttal saying my order’s been prepared. I couldn’t help but mention that they were slow as they were standing there and staring at me instead of just taking my order to me already and it wasn’t until I asked where it was that they scrambled to the back to assemble it finally. But then they had still chased me down the road because a part of my order was apparently not in the bag they have handed to me - I guess that’s just what you have to do to try and save yourselves from the wrath of customers you have disappointed.
Order from Grab or Food Panda instead and maybe you’ll be better off since they have a separate queue and it’s almost always prepared completely and on time unlike coming here to dine in or order for takeaway - it will not go down...

Read moreI HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THIS BRANCH, BUT I ALWAYS ORDER FOR DELIVER ONLINE. I DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE WITH WHAT BRANCH WILL BRING MY ORDER, DO I? ONCE WAS OKAY, BUT TWICE IS ENOUGH.
1ST, I ORDERED BURGER MCDO MEAL, JUST THE REGULAR BURGER MCDO. MY ORDER CAME TO ME FINE, BUT PER THE RECEIPT GIVEN TO ME BY THE DELIVERY GUY, MY ORDER WAS THE ONE WITH CHEESE. SO THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL 10.00 TO WHAT I PAID. I HAVE HAD A CALL WITH THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS SO THEY COULD CREDIT IT TO MY NEXT ORDER AND TOLD ME TO JUST INDICATE THIS IN THE NOTES FOR THE NEXT ORDER. AFTER MANY ORDERS WITH THIS CONCERN ON MY NOTES, THEY HAVE NOT YET APPLIED IT YET AND I JUST GAVE UP.
2ND, ANOTHER ONLINE ORDER. THEY GOT ALL MY ORDERS RIGHT AND THE RECEIPT WAS RIGHT. THE TOTAL IS 172.00, AND I INDICATED THAT I WOULD NEED CHANGE FOR 200.00. WHEN THE DELIVERY GUY GAVE MY CHANGE, IT WAS ONLY 18.00. GOOD THING I DOUBLE CHECKED AND RAN UP TO THE DELIVERY GUY THAT MY CHANGE IS LACKING. ANOTHER INCIDENT OF HAVING AN ADVANTAGE FOR THEM.
3RD, THIS MAY NOT BE THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE 2 ABOVE, BUT I THINK THIS IS STILL RELEVANT. THEY HAD MY ORDER COMPLETELY WRONG ONE TIME.
PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE ALL SEPARATE INSTANCES THAT HAPPENED WITH VERY LONG GAPS BETWEEN THEM.
I KNOW THESE ARE ONLY 10.00 DIFFERENCES FOR 2 ORDERS. MY ONLY CONCERN IS WHAT IF THEY ARE DOING THIS TO LOTS OF PEOPLE? IMAGINE HOW MUCH THEY WOULD HAVE GAINED JUST FOR FAKINGLY HAVING WRONGED THE CHANGES OR ORDER IN THE RECEIPTS.
I WOULD ADVICE TO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY IN THIS BRANCH AGAIN.
