Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Makati

We dined at Shakey's Paseo de Magallanes today and I have to say that this is one experience I will never forget. Assssss Iiiiiiin!

We attended a Birthday party. A churchmate had her daughter's party in this location and I was amazed of how the place looked like inside. The restaurant is really big! Perfect for Children's Birthday Parties. The activity area is worth the price your paying for because of the huge space. The kids will not have a hard time messing and goofing around while having fun at the party.

For the bigger kids, there are 2 basketball hoops where they can compete with friends while waiting for their little sibblings to get exhausted for partying.

The dinning area is big and the ambience is cool. There's a bar where they serve a few alcoholic drinks for the Dad's who wants to chill a little while waiting for Mom and the kids to finish socializing.

I used my Shakey's card when I ordered and after eating I asked for the bill which initially did not include the discount that's offered by the card so I asked if the discount was already applied. The server, told me that the card was not endorsed by the the other server and that he went home already. I have another Shakey's card which I offered but then the server got back to me with an application for another shakey's card to replace my other card free of charge! Now that is Customer Service.

Crew here is very nice but the cap of it all is the state of the art hand dryer machine that they have in this location and the bidet inside the restroom. Bidet is life people!

This place is definitely a 5 star for Birthday Parties and for an awesome...

Good service, pagdating ko pa lang may cild water agad, lumipat ako ng better seat kasi i have a meeting. Noong ma vacant yong place near the window, serve uli ng cold water, until i was ready to order with my ka- business meeting. Plus good discount on my Senior Citizen. Not like Shakeys BF, i paid through the manager, then after going to the CR, going out since there was a sudden change of venue to this good service Shakeys Paseo de Magallanes. The BF Shakeys lady server, run aftrr me and tolf the guard to hold me because i am not yet paid, so I shown her receipt and continue to harrashed me that i only paid for my order not including the old lady i am meeting with. So to my embarrassment i went back in and told the manager that the lady didnot check with the cashier before rinning after me. I will blog this BF Shakeys for...

My Fiancé and ate a this branch yesterday. And to say the least, it did not meet expectations.

Or first problem was that we had to sit on waiting benches because all the tables were messy, despite the fact that there was few people, but a lot of waiters.

Second problem, the food showed up cold.

Third problem, I orders a super hero burger, but they gave me a classic hero combo instead. And then the waiter tried to explain away that that is yhe super hero burger. Like wtf, it's obviously a sandwich, not a burger.

Forth problem. We had a lot of leftovers, and I clearly remember still have having 3 wings and 3 drums left. They only packed 1 wing and 2 drums.

So overall experience was bad. Not going...
