Mabuhay is a good restaurant with good food, but I lost my appetite because of all the cats and dogs that where there. I know that Philippians don't treat their dogs and cats well, but to have 3 cats and 3 dogs in the place all staring at you like they haven't had to eat for days, and probably haven't, is very upsetting. One dog even had her uterus hanging out after what must have been a very difficult labour and stared at me like i could save her life and i probably should have. Please either don't allow pets into the restaurant or feed them properly so they don't have to and if course i prefer the last option. Having said all that, the fried shrimp with fries was very good. Read moreAtmosphere is cozy and just great. We had our breakfast here. Wish the staff was knowledgeable enough (or maybe he was just new there? Idk) since we asked some questions about our order and he did not get it right, which we only found out when we got our food. One of the orders is also wrong, and we just didn't mind it anymore since we were hungry.
The meal was satisfying though and it was a relaxing atmosphere so we did not make a big deal about the mistake anymore. Hopefully they'll take note of this since other guests might not...
