Incredible plant-based restaurant! We checked it out due to multiple great reviews from fellow travellers and online. Wow, we are blown away how good this place is!

We’ve been here at least once each day we were on Malapascua so far (some days twice). We’ve tried probably 50% of the vegan options and haven’t had a bad one yet. Everything is so tasty.

The Taco Pizza rates really high for us.

The owner, Jun Jun is a really nice guy and knows the island well. He’ll give you advice on cool spots to check out and places away from the masses. If you’ve got a skill, they will trade free food for your skill/art. The vibe here is amazing. They have random jam sessions with flutes, bongos, steel drums and all sorts of cool instruments.

The staff speak very good English and they are all so friendly. The kitchen team are incredible at their jobs and always smiling. They remember you and always welcome you back and have a chat. It’s the small stuff like that that makes this plus an easy 5 star restaurant.

We went there for dinner on our first evening on Malapascua. There was live music playing and we hoped for a nice evening. After waiting a longer time to order, we finally managed to get attention of one of the waitress, who took our order and asked us to pay immediately. After a long time of waiting one plate of food arrived. We thought the other one would come next, but after 15 minutes of waiting still nothing came. We tried to ask someone, but no one even looked in our direction or saw us waving. I went to ask about the food at the bar and was only screamed at by one of the ladies, telling me that she is also waiting. No excuses, nothing. Shortly after, the owner came to the mic to excuse to all people waiting and promised a dessert as excuse. When the food arrived we still did not receive any personal excuse or form of apology. Needles to say that the desert never came. We are so happy that we found a better place on the public market to eat and...

The food is extremely good, I believe the best vegetarian and vegan dishes ever tried. A lot of taste in them. We came two subsequent night, because we really liked the flavor. However, this is all ruined by their service which is one of the worst I’ve ever experimented. Dishes never came together, and both times we came here we had to eat separately and basically ending up sharing both dishes in order not to have one starving and the other eating, and then one looking at the other eating. A real shame… the second time, we expressly asked to the waiter for the dishes to come together. Of course, the answer was for sure - but they came 40 minutes apart from each other. If you have patience and don’t mind having a dinner for two but eating alone, this is the place for you. I don’t understand why the staff don’t put an extra effort to improve their service considering the good food they have… it’s...

I read some good reviews about the veggie burger and since there aren't that many options for vegetarian food, I decided to try it. Well, it is big, it is cheap (280php), but that's about it. Tastes blant, no spices, and i think it should be a criminal offence to put lettuce into hot food. It's like eating wet towel. Plus, how can you serve fries without single grain of salt? All this i could overlook, if there wouldn't be that terrible noise coming from filipino rasta singing Pink Floyd and Red Hot Chilli Peppers that was supposed to be the evening entertainment. It was a cringe. I was thinking about going to the restaurant again, to give it one more chance, but just mere thought of that guy screaming made my skin crawl.

I occasionally saw the place with a friend while strolling along the beach. It had a nice vibe and music. When we sat down, we realized that the menu ia vegan only, which was a surprise to us as omnivors. Yest we decided to try some of thier diahes. And boy, what a great decision it was. Food was delecious, and perfectly made. The service was nice and funny, yet professionally done. I had the pita burger, which was a big surpeise to me,and the curry soup as "starter" which was amazin and had some "meat like" pieces on it which tasted great and had good texture. I highly recommend this place for vegan and non-vegan people.

Very chill place owned by locals. The place is almost 100% sustainable. The owner is a very sweet guy helped us out with everything we needed. The rooms are very well done, we really enjoyed staying in the huts!! The bathroom specially the shower is very nice. Everything is handmade in the room from wood and bamboo. The food at the restaurant is DELICIOUS!!! And the prices are very friendly. We had alot of fun there every night with live music and singing. The staff is lovely and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND šŸ˜
