I would like to formally raise a complaint about the service I experienced at your branch. On my recent visit, the cashier staff who assisted me was not attentive and gave me the wrong change. When I confronted her about the incident, she could not even recall the transaction and failed to offer a simple apology. Instead, I was told that I should file a police report if I wanted further action. With all due respect, filing a police report for a Php 100 loss seems impractical and unreasonable, especially when the issue could have been handled responsibly at the store level. What made the situation worse is that the receipt itself showed that only Php 100 was recorded, which added to the confusion. I clearly remember giving Php 200, but because of the receipt, I second-guessed myself. It took me about two hours to realize the mistake when I noticed I only had one peso left for fare meaning the missing Php 100 was actually supposed to be my ride home. That amount might seem small to others, but as a student, Php 100 is already a big loss. What upset me most was the staff’s attitude. She could not look at me, did not acknowledge the mistake, and simply dismissed the situation as if it was not important. Imagine if another customer, with no extra money left, experienced this how would they get home? Would an apology or redirecting accountability to the customer be enough to resolve the problem? I understand that I also have a responsibility to double-check my change, but ultimately, it is the cashier’s duty to handle money transactions with accuracy and attentiveness. Proper service means ensuring that customers are treated fairly, with care and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case in my...
Read moreWe have eaten McDonald's before. But this time, we realized that it is already an overpriced meal. We ordered the sulit bowl, 2 piece burger with pepper sauce and the fillet-o-fish. For 79 pesos, the burger and rice was filling, but the burger patty does not taste like meat anymore. It already has the consistency of chickenballs or squidballs. I cannot detect the texture of meat, be it pork, beef or chicken. But it was filling, and it was 79 so I ate it to remove my hunger. The fillet-o-fish my wife got was a different story altogether. First off, I ordered ala-carte so it was 112. What we got was a burger in a small box marked fillet o fish that has a fish patty, a slice of cheese, a smudge of mayonnaise, and the burger buns. Neatly packed to justify the 112 price. Let's start with the box, we ate it in the store, it could have been placed in a regular burger wrapper to consume less wrapper. The box I think added to the cost. The buns was as expected, small enough to hold in the palm of your hands. If my burger did not have the consistency of meat, well the fillet o fish did not have the consistency of a fish fillet. The flakiness got lost. There was also a very evident lack of anything green on the burger. For 112, a lettuce leaf should have been there at least. All in all, we ate to remove the hunger but left unhappy. We ended up looking for a local eatery that offered substantially nutritious food. So the verdict, we will still eat at mcdo but only if we are really hungry and there is no other choice.
The place was great. Chairs were clean. Airconditioning was good. Crew was attentive. Food was below...
Read moreI like the new ordering system of mcdonald, however there are stil times where they forget your order, one instance i used my debit card to pay on the ordering kiosk and took me 20 mins to get my order, seems like they have to manuly enter the order still even if you use the card method hence they ask for the 2nd copy of the recept, on my experience aes like they neglected to input my request as i saw the receipt crumpled when the claim crew took it from the counter. Overall this mcdonald is quiet popular vs the sorrounding fastfood, they have a good amount of space for dine in and a parking space. So far i have not much complaint aside from the mentioned above, i hope they can correct it since i'm seing a good potential for such...
