Are you absolutely out of your mind? It was my sisters birthday and they said theyd have to MEASURE the cake to determine the corkage fee. And that a small cake would be worth ₱1,000.00. HUH?? is it really that big of a threat to your restaurant if we bring a cake inside? Is it because you are aware that anyone would choose outside food over your restaurant because of how much of a DISGRACE your customer service is? Your rules are obnoxious and crazy. A reservation for a table was ₱3,000.00 PER HOUR. ARE YOU CRAZY??? As if people would have the need to reserve anyway!! The place is so empty, when i went there, there were only 3 customers, maybe its because they also dont like your customer service. You are not customer friendly. They were also VERY hesitant to allow us to put just a few flowers on the table in a flower vase AS IF ITS GONNA DESTROY THE BUILDING. My sister was so excited to celebrate her birthday here and you dissapoimted us. Such high prices for what?? The bathroom lights also keep turning off. What are you using the money for diay?? To hire people to find more stupid rules?? Your instagram account is also very unresponsive and basically is useless. We texted SOOOO many times to inquire about reservations for days and days and days and yet still no response. We had to DRIVE there JUST TO ASK about reservations while we live far away, JUST for a stupid answer!! Stop thinking your restaurant is worth those expensive prices its not. Its just stupid and rude. Very smelly also, especially the toilet. We also had to wait for 2 HOURS FOR A TABLE AND THERE WERE BARELY ANY CUSTOMERS. Food is delicious, no doubt! We missed their highly reco grilled viand because they puy out the fire already from their grilling area when we arrived. The resto opens from 9am to 8:30. Although, food is great, ambiance is great and a few of the staff are courteous, they let us leave regardless whether we're done eatingn or not. They were turning off the lights and cleaned the area with all the sounds while the manager is doing their inventory. We understand we have to pay first so they can close their cash machine and liquidiate for the day. But we jokingly said to one of the server we'll take away the rest of the food since they're closing already and it was just 8pm but no words were utter from the server and took our food. They surely know we were half way through our meal.

Thus could have been avoided if only they told us about their restaurant time when we arrived. It took us moments to get our car parked in the area which they have space by the way. Their service is so poor. We ordered our food and told us that some of the food in the menu are no longer available so we ordered instead what is only available. We waited for almost an hour then asked for a follow up. Then their chef told us that the foods we have ordered are no longer available. Bad points were -- they already got our order and did not informed us that it wasn't available and then when they already knew about the unavailability of our order they didn't even bother to inform us that the foods we ordered are no longer available. Another bad point is when we asked the cashier why they haven't informed us the only answer they gave us is "Nakalimot mi ma'am".
