Today, I ordered again: two venti cold brews with no ice and one venti iced caramel macchiato with no ice as well. Read moreThis is the only branch that rejected our request to brew part of the Italian Roast that we just bought. Ayala, Galleria and SM Cebu all have staff that offers yo do it for you. Very different for this branch where we had to ask for them to do it only for the barsita to stare at us clueless and the head barista to say "no." They also have the slowest service in all of the Cebu branches.
