Precious Brew Cafe - A.S. Fortuna — Restaurant in Mandaue

This is based on 2 of my visits

Pros: Adjacent to AS Fortuna Road but is well soundproofed. Fast internet connection (150mbps) No time limits for staying and also wifi is unlimited (not restricted to x no. of hours) Decent environment

The staff were accommodating and patient with our requests when we celebrated the birthday and anniversary of my friend's pet dog here. The coffee and food were great! I had hot Spanish Latte (yum!) and hot Americano. It was a great place to be with friends and we were even lucky to have the place by ourselves. Food loses stars this year because the portions are just too small. The Philly cheese steak is good, but for its price, it shouldn't be just slightly larger than a cellphone.
