Very bad costumer service, once they asked if my change can come later since they don't have enough change and I said sure. I finished my meal and still no change I approached the cashier and asked if my change is ready they looked at me and started to ask for change to their other staff (they forgot my change). Second I ordered thru food panda since it's raining heavily at that time the rider arrived and the time I checked my order there are some food missing on my order needed to get to the branch myself since they don't answer their telephone (I called 5 times no ones answering) they give me a free spaghetti for that but still. Third and forth this happened to me two freaking times and ONLY on this branch, I waited for my order they said 15 mins till it's done I said it's okay. 15 mins have passed still no order of mine saw some peeps getting their takeouts even tho I ordered mine first waited for another 10 mins (giving them the benefit of the doubt) 30 mins still no takeout. I approached the counter then and there they started to prep my order (I waited for nothing). I dunno they don't lack with the people since they're usually plenty of staff on this branch every time I go. Is it poor training? Please properly train your people again. Read moreLast month, my family and I dined at Jollibee Casuntingan, and I was with my 70-year-old grandmother. The restaurant was very crowded, so we lined up in the Priority/Senior Citizen line. I was pleasantly surprised by how one of the crew members, Tine (as seen on her name tag), assisted us. She immediately helped my grandmother find a seat and took our orders right there, handling everything with care and politeness. She also processed my grandmother's senior citizen discount and delivered our food to the table.
A few minutes later, my grandmother decided to order again, and Tine was quick to assist us once more. Even though it was very busy, she remained focused on providing excellent service. My grandmother wanted to change her chicken to half spicy and half original, and Tine kindly accommodated the request without any hesitation. Every time we dine at Jollibee, food is fresh and well presented. 2nd, the service is very good. Even if the line is long, there are always people to help expedite the service. So once you paid up, they made sure that the food was ready before their promised time. 3rd, their toilets and wash area is well maintained.
