Food handling hygiene is dangerously bad. I observed the servers handling the small limes with their bare hands instead of the tongs when placing on the trays, these limes are then handled by the customer before eating their food which is usually done by hand. I would say that during the 30 mins we were there about 50% of the staff used their unwashed hands to place the limes on the trays. Some even passed the limes between themselves before placing on the trays, if anyone of these servers has feacal matter on their hands from not washing their hands properly after the toilet then the chance of cross contamination and food poisoning is high. Whoever is supposed to be supervising is clearly not doing a good job, the servers must have been taught to use the tongs as some of them are doing it correctly. No chicken oil per table, just 1 on the ground floor to be shared by 12 vacant seats. 2nd floor around 8 bottles for the entire floor. Not just chicken oil, other condiments was lacking too.
You wait for your number to be called on the first floor and then take your food the the second floor
