Wingers Unlimited — Restaurant in Mandaue

I just dined here with my family and had the worst food experience I have ever had in Cebu! The food was disgusting! Dry and bland! The restaurant was dirty and the aircon was leaking all over our chair! But the worst thing we experienced was the customer service! It was atrocious! Due to their ridiculous food policy I feel like I have been violated and scammed! We paid 1250 pesos for 8 chicken wings and couldn't finish the first basket because of the taste. We did not order a second basket and because the chicken didn't taste nice one small wing was leftover and we were held to ransom by the staff who insisted we force ourselves to eat the last piece. Which we refused because we did not have the stomach to eat another piece of their foul chicken! The staff wouldn't listen to common sense and we were forced to pay an extra 49 pesos! So in total we paid 1250 pesos for 8 chicken wings! We will never ever visit anothor wingers unlimited ever again and I advise whoever reads this review to stay far away, especially from this branch at Park Mall! The food had some highlights, but the overall experience was disappointing.

The fries were great at first, but when I asked for a refill, they came back with almost no seasoning. The chicken was tasty, but a few wing flavors were unavailable, and many of the drinks were out of stock too, which limited our options.

Service was another major issue. Only one waitstaff was attending to multiple tables, and while she was friendly and jolly (which we appreciated), the service was very slow. The rest of the staff seemed to be gathered near the kitchen, chatting with someone who i think is the branch manager.

There were no napkins provided, and the refill took about 20 minutes despite the place not being crowded. To make things worse, the first refill came with more wings than we ordered, and it took even longer to get that fixed. By the time the correct food arrived, we had already lost our mood to eat.

I was here last week. Place is big. Ate here with my family for 7 pax. I have been to wingers before. The price increased too much for its own good. The bottle water is not free and no heads up sign and they don't let you know. Waiters are not the friendliest and they hide somewhere so it's challenging to order up. We asked for boneless and they gave us a mix of with bones and boneless. The place is full of ceiling fans making it so cold. They said they can't turn it off. The waitress didn't review our bill before checking it out.
