Clearly a budget hotel along the main highway. Facilities are old (shower, bidet, patch paint, aircon etc.) but they do have 2 functioning elevators. Stayed on the 3F so Wifi can go up to 20-30mbps but restarts every 30mins-1hr or so. They said wifi on the 5th is slower. They do clean the room every other day. Has a small restaurant (Ngohiong Exp) just beside. Has a good seafood resto just across. Easy to find or book taxi/motorcycle. Less than 30mins to the airport with traffic. Fairly safe neighborhood, near Mandaue market where you can walk for 10mins and buy the best liempo in the world, Sindo's. Pharmacy about 100m away. Massage spa is like 3-5minutes walk as well. For it's price, this hotel is really good. Has centralized shower so it would take time for it to get hot. Hallways are clean. 24/7 open reception. Toilet at the ground floor smells at times. They do have a hotel resto on the 2nd floor which serves room service. Twin beds rooms are smaller compared to double beds. Quiet at night with occasional ambulance/police sirens.

We booked deluxe room costing P1,288.00 because all the standard rooms were fully booked. The staffs were helpful and courteous. The room was okay. What I just didn't like was the Comfort Room. It didn't had body soap. Further, I think the water they are using was sea water because it tasted salty and when I showered, it was almost impossible to bubble the soap.

I stayed here for 3 nights and every day was a terrible. This hotel has the WORST tasting tap water that I have ever experienced in any hotel in the Philippines. I know because I am Filipino and have lived here my entire life. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER. They said they are using deepwell water which could be harmful to your health. Imagine taking a shower and getting it in your eyes or brushing your teeth. The chemicals are so strong! When I confronted them about this, they said they cannot do anything about it since it is like that in the area. This is totally false. I went to a family member’s house a block away and the tap water tastes fine. The staff at this hotel don’t seem to care if you complain and are unqualified to operate any type of service. The kitchen was only staffed by 1 person and it took forever for us to get any food. They can at least be apologetic and understanding but they just don’t care. Please AVOID this place because there are much better options (at the same price) in this area. IT’S NOT...
